What is ANIMATION ?

                                                           WHAT IS ANIMATION?

In my opinion animation is an art-form that gives creatives a platform to tell the most compelling stories without being limited the physical limits of this world. You are able to bring still drawings and ideas to life. Animation has fascinated me for as long as I can remember.    

Now I have the chance to learn more about it. It's been about 2 weeks already and I learned a lot more about it. For example i did not know that writing in cursive apparently makes you a faster and more proficient animator. I also didn't realize how much work is actually expected from an animator. I'm up for the challenge.                         

                                                                                                        

After doing some research on vector based animation I've developed an obsession with the 2-D graphic animation style.This simple yet effective animation style allows for a faster workflow without compromising and clarity and motion. 

In conclusion, I'm pumped up to start creating stories and I'm willing to absorb everything I learn and to share it with others. _Montell
